Ground handling refers to the wide range of services provided to facilitate an aircraft flight or aircraft ground repositioning, preparation for and upon conclusion of a flight which will include both customer service and ramp service functions.

Cabin Crew is a certification course of 11 months duration depending on program and institute, The Cabin Crew program covers air hostess /or flight steward (male). They are responsible for the comfort of the passengers, welfare and safety of the passengers on board. Cabin crew plays an important role in the airlines. 

Customer service agents who work at the airport may assist customers with confirmation of bookings and reservations, printing boarding passes before flights, completing the check-in process and making sure that customers board a flight with no issues.
